It provides the structure, support, and space teams need to apply what they’ve built while improving communication, consistency, and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Through this program, leaders / facilitators become more self-sustaining, proactive, and confident in leading change—resulting in a stronger culture, increased productivity, reduced turnover, and sustained performance over time.

How much time should we expect to invest to see results?



Participants in the Organizational Accelerator program should expect a flexible schedule that typically includes 6 or more sessions, each lasting 6 hours, though these can be broken down into shorter sessions if necessary.

The program often starts with a two-day intensive session for a deep dive into current challenges and strategic planning, which is crucial for laying a solid foundation. Subsequent sessions, which can be 1 or 2 days with 4 to 6 weeks in between for intersession work, continue the focused effort towards achieving organizational goals. 

Continuous contact with the organization between sessions ensures tailored support and the opportunity to address emerging needs or adjustments. This flexible approach is designed to work effectively with the organization’s schedule and needs, aiming for successful outcomes.
